A detailed invoice outlining the exact costs will be issued within 3 working days following the submission of the form. Upon receipt of the invoice, you may decide at your discretion whether to proceed with the commission. Work will begin upon receipt of payment. Payment plans are at my discretion and are not always available. When commissioning a painted doll, please remember to account for the base cost of the kit and postage as well as any additional services or optional features you choose to include. Each painted commission is complete with a soft body and clothing. The 2025 service price list is available to download here!

  • Adherence to Instructions: I will make every effort to follow the preferences and specifications you provide in this form. However, please understand that all pieces are handcrafted works of art, and some variations in colour, detailing, or features may naturally occur.


  • Creative Control & Limitations: As the artist, I retain creative control over the process and final piece. Certain techniques, materials, or design elements may have practical limitations.


  • Final Product & Acceptance of Variations: Minor differences from the requested specifications are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects. You agree to accept the final piece as a handcrafted interpretation of your specifications.


  • Refunds & Cancellations: Commissions are custom work and are non-refundable once production begins.
